Your scores stay on the leaderboards, shown without your name and no longer tied to an account, your email address or you.
A copy of your account stays in our nightly backups until they're deleted, within 15 days. If we ever have to restore one, accounts deleted since it was made are deleted again before the game comes back.
Our logs never hold your email address. They record your account's id and a scrambled stand-in for your address, and they're overwritten as they fill up rather than kept for a set time.
Enter the email address you sign in with. We'll email you a link. Nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.
Still have the game? Its Account screen deletes your account straight away, no email needed.
Can't get into that inbox any more? Email privacy@skyelemental.com and we'll help you prove the account is yours and delete it.
